Called support at HP and initially they were very helpful. They determined that the computer needed a new wireless card and they would ship us one ... Read More

Just a very brief note for potential buyers to compare this laptop with Toshiba's newest Qosmio X305-Q706. Take a look at the Qosmio and check out spec by spec.

Very nice look and feel but I had to return it, the media buttons did not work, tried everything (drivers update, reinstalling the whole software, etc)but nothing. Apart from that, it is a solid performer for the price.

Movies look great on this machine! The wireless connectivity is outstanding and it is fast.
I love the touch controls for movies and the Internet TV capability is a bonus.
If you are looking for a desktop replacement, I highly recommend this computer
