This is my first laptop and my son thought I should get more ram but whats nice is I can add if I need it. I was pleased with the price, ease of use and the screen is crystal clear. I haven't had it long but I'm very pleased with it so far. The screen looks great, the keyboard feels nice, the touch pad works fine. The overall build quality seems great.
