Should have been a good product but even though the shipping container was not damaged, the item's plastic case was broken and unuseable. The manufacturor said they would send us a package to return the item. That hasn't happened in the three weeks since they were contacted.

I bought this unit rather than a keyboard tray because it required no installation and was supposed to accomplish the same thing. I wound up returning it for many reasons.
