I was given this frame as a Christmas gift and loved it the first day. Then after spending hours loading my photos it would not turn on any more. This was the easiest digital frame to use. After purchasing and returning two other brands the Smartparts digital frame was the best for what I needed. Recently we purchased the Smartparts 15-inch digital frame (SP15MW) as an update for a Smartparts 10.4-inch digital frame (SP104MW); The 10.4-inch frame had great features, but we wanted a larger display.
