Rating: - will not work with the 32" toshiba flat panel
I purchased this wall mount in addition with a 32" flat screen. It will not work with the toshiba. It is not big enough for holes to line up with the holes in the tv. Amazon was great! I printed out a return label and sent it back for a full refund.

I bought a Samsung 32 inch TV. I needed to put the TV in a corner location and the Peerless PA740 more then does the job. nice product but had to make my own adapter bracket to fit my toshiba tv the bracket I would have to buy would have cost more than the wall unit it self

Recently installed this as part of a home theater system. Half the price of the Peerless mount they wanted to sell me at the store. Works great. Allows TV to be centered on wall as long as you float the TV about about 4" from the wall. REcommend!
