    This tripod is a nice addition for the ocassional use. My husband and I used in on our recent trip to Southern Utah. It was nice to have around to take pictures of the two of us using our camera timer. It folds flat and fits nicely in your pocket.     I was looking for a small tripod to mount DV camera on desktop for transfer work etc. Completely cheap and cheesy but it works fine for my midsize DV camera.
