I sure don't know what all the fuss is about. I love this player.
For $32.00 including shipping it is just great.
It plays music, is super simple to download music to and holds alot. I also found it easy to put videos on and I am not that tech savvy.

I am not saying that this is a bad product, it just isn't what I expected. First, it looks like it will scroll like an ipod, but it doesn't. This player works at 1st time when plugs into my computer, I even copy 1 song from my computer to this player, and test it. Works great.
