I bought this as an alarm clock to be used with iPod or only radio to wake me up in the morning. I am amazed by the great sound quality coming out of this small device, so that I regularly use it to liste to music instead of my stereo in the living room. Great sound with nice bass!

I was intially very pleased with this radio so I purchased a matching one for my wife. After a few months, the iPod would no longer charge. I returned the unit and received another. I was given this as a gift a couple of years ago. At first, I was madly in love with it. As other reviewers have said, the iPod dock is a bit fragile. This made me nervous at first.
