I purchased it on 7/22, got it on, it never worked, I returned for repairs on 7/28, they recieved it on 8/1. They finally got it to the repair department on 8/6. This item is just "okay". However Navigon is really doing something different than the other GPS companies. Navigon is innovative and unique and it should grow and get better as they come out with new things and update their existing products. For this item they need to update it to cover more places. This product is limited to very few areas. It only covers major metropolitan areas. It's great when you travel to bigger cities, but forget it if you travel to a small city and town. I guess Zagat does not do small. Maybe they will add more cities in the future including my city Asheville, NC; a major tourist area. As ... Read More
