Piece of crap. I've had my 80G Zune for almost a year. The best thing I can say about it is after it died (TWICE!), microsoft was pretty quick about sending another piece of crap to replace it. First one i kept hanging and finally froze. Received a replacement XMAS eve day and during syncing I had to keep reconnecting due to Zune stopped responding. Finally after I loaded my 214 albums on it the album art never displayed.
