The headband is flat on top and presses down on head quite painfully. My head started to hurt within minutes of putting it on. There is no way I could use or recommend this product.

The headset for the most part was pretty good. It was very comfortable, the USB connection was cool. The only problem I have with mine is, I can not control the volume from the switch on the cord, the mute button works, but not the volume.
