The only thing that would make this drive better is if it was powered off of the USB port. It's made by Sony. It's quality. What more do you want?

I don't know why but it didn't work with my Mac. I have OS 10.4.11. I called Tiger Direct and I called Apple and both couldn't figure out why it didn't work even though it says on the box that it's Mac compatible. Oh well. I returned it and got credit right away.

For whatever reason, my new computer with a built in cd/dvd drive would not read a certain game's disks. I had no way to install it. I really wanted to try the game so I figured i'd give this a shot.
