Took the item out of the box...but it on the player...the skin ripped...not sure what to make of that!!!

The idea of the neoprene stone holder is great, but the quality of the product is horrible. There is no easy way to get your stone in and out of the neoprene. In fact, mine tore just trying to get the cardboard packaging out of its insides.
