We purchased this camera to use on my daughter's older mac laptop with Skype. The picture is pretty good although not as clear the one from our newer Mac's camera. There is some movement artifact. Overall a good value for the price

I got this guy, thinking that just about any web cam would be good these days, especially one that is a bit pricier than the average, and I can't tell you how unhappy I am with it. This was the easiest web cam ever to hook up and use. I was on the web cam in 2 min after opening the box.I was pretty impressed with the quality of the picture for the price of the unit.Basicaly I plugged it in my computer and started up skype and it reconized it and I was chatting on line with picture.
