This is a great product for traveling and basically supports the connection of various vendors when connecting portable devices to the archos, on the downside, its a little expensive and you would need more cables to connect certain devices.

Having purchased the above I was slightly disappointed with what it said on the box (and with yet again with more wires to my collection). After trying several different digital cameras (Sanyo C5 and Sony cybershot) this devise will work with the cybershot and not the Sanyo C5. I yet to see how it will work with my ... Read More

I purchased the travel adapter to use with a previously purchased bullet camera (it's a little better than the Archos helmet cam).
The adapter attaches pretty securely to the bottom of the Archos with a hook that latches into it.

I bought the DVR station before i bought the DVR Travel Adapter, and let me tell you, if you actually plan on taking your archos with you to play movies somewhere, or record stuff while your on the road, this unit is far superior over the DVR Station.
