THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. MY MONITOR WENT BLACK SHORTLY AFTER ONE YEAR (WHICH SEEMS TO BE VERY COMMON WITH THEIR PRODUCT).
