WE HAVE TWO OF THIS PRODUCT IN OUR CAMP FOR WINTER USE . AFTER ONE YEAR THE FLUSH SLIDE BECOMES VERY HARD TO USE . IT STICKS . I CALLED THE FACTORY , YOU GET VOICE MAIL THAT SAYS THEY WILL RETURN THE CALL AT THERE CONVIENCE . 60 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO RETURN CALL .

We bought the Visa 268 Deluxe Portable Toilet to replace the toilet on our 1972 25' Cal sailboat. The original toilet was in fine working order but did not have a holding tank; it dumped directly into the river (which is, of course, no longer legal.)

We ordered this product because we live in a remote region of Texas in a comfortable but small house, and have LOTS of company from the city. I purchased this to be used for a camping trip with my 4 and 10 year old so I would not have to leave one in teh tent while I went with the other to the comfort station.
