The product is actually fine, a jewel case is a jewel case. The problem here is that you will not receive the product in the image above. You will receive a 10-pack of cd cases with clear trays (not black). The description says "clear plastic" which Amazon intends to mean that the entire product is clear plastic and ... Read More

More than half of these CD jewel boxes were broken. It did not appear to have happened in shipping (although they were packed haphazardly, at best).
