First off, this is an excellent sound card with hardware acceleration. It helped not only the general sound, but also the stuttering in some games - plus boost my FPS by about 10-15%.

This is a much better sound card over the "SB Live! 24-bit". With EAX 4.0 and CMSS 2 along with the standard graphic equalizer and bass boost options your pc audio will sound loud, powerful and accurate.
