Good points for this BT headset is that it has a true ear piece that fits inside your ear. I have purchased this item for Christmas gift and my friend called me that it dead after 2 days, won't turn on even after charged the battery. So disappointed!!!

1. The volume is low
2. In about 2 min in the conversation the sound goes to complete silence. The people on the other side still hear me, but it doesn't help since you think the phone lost the call. I tried it with 2 different phones with the same result.

Brought it brand new. The ear piece really do not fit the ear canal well. The phone seems to work well at the beginning of the call and once you talk too long, it will drop the call for no reason at all. I had it for two weeks before I lost it. I do not regret losing it. I would not recommend this item.
