The D-Link DUB-H7 USB hub works well once it the cable is connected to the computer, but ONLY when you insert it after booting up the computer. I am using it on a Imac and if you connect the cable prior to booting up, the computer fails to boot. This is not a problem only with my computer, as my son-in law also has the ... Read More

Having owned 2 of these units for more than 2 years now, I am finally ready to review this. My config link two of the same hubs.

Not too much to add. I plugged it in, & it works. I'm able to plug in all my USB Devices now.

I don't have a lot of space, so the small footprint is great.

After repeated failures of other brands of USB hubs I bought one D-Link to replace a cranky one. It performed so well I replaced all the other hubs on my system with a second D-Link. After 2 months there has never been a failure. Good product, highly recommend it.
