I tried this product on two DVD players. It seemed like it was working from the audio portion of the program. I was unable to get the associated video portion to work on screen. It was unable to clean the DVD players for them to work.

I bought this to clean the laser on my MacBook Pro, which had been struggling to read certain discs. The laptop couldn't mount this disc and just spits it out. I tried it in two other devices, a desktop computer and a Sony DVD player, and it was rejected by both of them too.

I have a Sony DVD player that is a few years old. I also belong to one of those movies by mail companies. Although I would clean each DVD when it came, more often than not my DVD player wouldn't play the DVD. I could take it in on my computer and play it with little or no problem, but that's not nearly as comfortable ... Read More

The service was perfect. The product performed as advertised. I bought the cleaning disk to find out if I needed to buy a new DVD player. The disk cleaned the laser head so well that I don't have to replace it. Just as I had hoped.
