Just got mine a few days ago and I must say that I am very impressed!!! The sound quality is phenomenal, they fit securely( but not too tight around the head), the ear pieces completly cover my ear and while not noise canceling they do block a lot of the outside noise. I have had these headphones for about 7 years now. I have been very rough with them at times. They have been dropped, stepped on, and otherwise crushed. I bought this exact model of headphone from Amazon on July 14, 2005. (At least that's the date Amazon says I bought it on.) They lasted me 3 years before they became unusable from wear-and-tear. And when I say wear-and-tear, I mean a 3-year beating.
