I purchased this product (from a different retailer) in June 2008. The combination that I set worked fine a few times and then suddenly stopped being recognized by the lock. This lock is the worst lock ever made, the lock resets itself so you cannot unlock it. To remove the lock you have to cut the wire (super easy) and saw the lock off. In the process damaging my computer. This product should be taken off the market.
