Have used Norton previously but this was the easiest to update of any I have purchased. Wouldn't change anything re the product.

I always trust Norton for my anti virus etc.It is easy to download and to set up the firewall.

Norton has been protecting my computers for many years - since the days of DOS. This is definitely the best upgrade so far! The program is faster during boot, is easier to use, has a better menu, and uses less resources than previous versions.

I'm very pleased with this product. It does not bog down my system as have previous Norton System Works products. I did have a problem with LIVE UPDATE. Turns out that Windows One Care was blocking it. Nortons tech people fixed it. My only complaint...the wait to reach a technician was LONG.
