Considering the price of this item, it's a GREAT deal.
The black faux leather, of acceptable quality, gives the case a sophisticated look. The case is sleek, slim, and snugly holds and protects the ipod while allowing all buttons and ports to be accessed. The flap over the screen stays closed thanks to magnets embedded in the leather and the stand on the backside of the case can serve three purposes: prop up your ipod, attach it to your belt, or help organize your earphones. The included lanyard, about the length from my fingertips to my elbow, allows the ipod to be worn around the neck.
My only complaints are:
1.) The inside of the case isn't lined with a material that helps the iPod slide in easily. You need to push hard to fit the ipod into the case.
2.) There is no hole for the light sensor, therefore your ipod will not be able to auto-adjust brightness. You will need to adjust it manually as you move from night to day, indoors to outdoors.
3.) The leather strips at the bottom of the case that hold the ipod in make it a bit difficult to insert the earphone jack.
These minor annoyances do not impede with the case's overall function. I paid a very low price (about 5 as opposed to 20 elsewhere) for a product that serves me very well. Maybe I am too easily pleased, but all in all, I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with this product.

First I was worried about the quality as it is comparatively cheap,but I am well satisfied with this.
It holds my i-Pod touch perfectly.
The only reason i gave rating as 4 is as "i don't know the durability" as i got it 2 weeks ago.
