When I ordered my new laptop (15.4" Dell), I was very excited. The first thing that I did was start purchasing accessories for it, which led me to this case. First, my laptop barely, and I mean barely fit into the case. It is literally a struggle to get it out of the case. Second, there is absolutely no padding on or in the case. It is vinyl with zippers. Lastly, the storage compartments are very small. This would not be bad for around the house if you do not use your laptop very often, however I would not recommend purchasing this case if your laptop is larger than 15" (despite the fact that the descriptions clearly states 15.4"). Spend a few extra dollars and buy something decent. I am going to purchase a Swiss Wenger case. A friend has one and it is great. Best of luck.
Rating: - Tight fit
This is an attractive case, but my laptop would not fit inside, even though it has a 15.4" screen. In fairness, my laptop is thicker than most--almost 2 inches.
Another potential problem: the padding in the case seemed too thin to really protect the computer if dropped.
Since the case was not defective, I was required to pay return-shipping to send it back, so don't order it unless you are sure your computer is small enough to fit inside.

An adequate bag to carry around an old laptop I was given.
Does not look like it would offer much protection if it were dropped.
