The other reviewers who say it is the wrong size for the nokia n810 are not placing the tablet in the case properly. It is designed so the keyboard inserts in the plastic sleeve. This allows the user to slde open the tablet and use it while in its protective case. Other users are trying to put the entire tablet in the plastic sleeve. I love this case!

I also thought it didnt fit when it first arrived, but once you force/push it in the transparent plastic holder the first time, it fits and holds tight as it is supposed to do.

My Boxwave case does not even come close to fitting my Nokia N810. The packing slip included with shipping box clearly says for "Nokia N810" but not a chance of the device fitting inside the case.
Case looks well made but useless to me. And I see another person had the same problem. So looks like QC problems at Boxwave.
I now have to go throgh the hassel of returning the case. Do I take a chance with another??? Can they all be the wrong size???

These cases must not all but cut and trimmed equally (or I got one mislabeled as n810 instead of n800 or 770); The case I got was not wide enough to fit the device. I'll be returning mine, so I can't say I would recommend this to n810 users. To its credit, it is well designed. The magnetic clasp is strong enough without causing any sort of damage to the device. The stitching is solid, and the leather is very soft and smooth. If nothing else, it could be used as a case for a small Moleskine reporter-style notebook as the case has a holder for a small, thin pen in its spine as well as pockets for credit/ID cards. But, as a case for an N810, I just can't recommend it.
