Rating: - Simple, but effective
There really isn't much difference between this and a normal silicone cover other than an extra flap of silicone that is attached by a plastic disk to the back of the regular cover. Your headphones wrap around the plastic disk and stay hidden (and in place) under the extra silicone flap.
Performance-wise, I don't really have many quibbles. My headphone wires stay in place and haven't become untangled when I stuff my Zen in my bag. The thing does attract dust and lint like a magnet, but it's only a minor annoyance. The cover, flap, and wound-up headphone wires make the Zen a little thicker and heavier, but I don't find it excessively so.
The design could be a little better, but overall, I think it works pretty well.

great item, no hunting for the ear buds, no tangled cords. all attached and handy, just unwind to lenght and listen. highly recommend.
Rating: - ZEN skin with wire management
The ZEN skin with wire management is great! The buttons are easy to use through the skin and the wires stay out of the way when you wrap them inside the case for them. It is worth the price.
Rating: - Beware of screen damage
Buyers need to be aware of the damage this product can cause to your zen. I put my player in this product and thinking it was safe, placed it in my backpack. The pressure applied to the plastic wire management disk on the back caused my screen to become inoperable. I had to have the unit replaced because of the damage.
