The MP3 player itself is great, the features, the software, the device, however I bought it in October 2007 and it broke in summer 2008. It just stopped working while I was listening to it, and never came back on. It was under warranty so I got a replacement, but still with the expensive price, you would expect it to last longer than 7 or 8 months.

The Zune is just a great Mp3 player. It is extremely easy to operate, which is nice in the car. I don't even have to look at it to manuever it. The screen is large, which is nice if you're someone who needs reading glasses. I mostly use this in my car, but I also have the Zune A/V pack for use with our home stereo. I like to create different playlists and it has a great quick list feature that you can change on the fly. I highly recommend this mp3 player!

We purchased this Zune as a Gift, and when the person went to use it, it did not work. They contacted Zune and were told that there was a problem with the battery and that the item was out of warranty. We had purchased it through AMAZON less then 3 weeks prior. When we contacted AMAZON, we were told that we could not exchange it, as the seller did not have another exact one. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED with this purchase, and we hope that AMAZON will refund our money, not give us credit!!!!!

I purchased a 30 GB Pink Zune supposidly new and I've had to send it back twice to Microsoft for repair and or replacement. The first time was due to the battery not holding a charge the second time the Zune would never power on at all.
I purchased this product in good faith and was assured it was brand new not some remanufactured or repaired product. I've only had it a month and gotten no enjoyment out of it at all!
