Like everyone else I never received the product, never got responses to my numerous emails and I have filed a claim. Come on Amazon, do something about people like this who are obvious scammers. Amazon really needs to screen its third party sellers better or just do away with them all together.
Rating: - Better Than Expected
This was my first Ipod purchase and I really didn't know what to expect or how everything would work -- being that I am 65 and trying to keep up with the latest technology. :-)
The Ipod didn't work at first and I thought it was defective. But, the problem was with my computer. Moral -- don't try to synchronize the Ipod with a computer that is eight years old!
After I figured this out, everything went fine. I use the Ipod for about 4,700 songs and have it attached to my 7.1 Onkyo system.
Rating: - Liking my first ipod...
I'm liking my new ipod classic, excited to take it full of my music to Punta Cana, DR next week. The earphones crackle as they're kind of cheap. They obviously want you to spend more money upgrading the "phones" which I think is bush league. The unit works well on an ipod docking station, however.

to the iPod craze and I am happy I did. No complaints, until my software becomes outdated..
