Initially I was shipped the wrong product, but with a phone call they acknowlegded their error and promptly shipped me the correct one. Good customer service and I would order from theem again.

Hey, not much to review here. Amazon asked me so I will contribute my 2 cents worth. As expected, you take it out of the box, insert in printer, turn on and print. It's either gonna work or not. Mine worked just fine.
Rating: - Beware
Amazon lumps a variety of third party sellers in with this product. Some of them ship third party cartridges, some of them ship genuine HP. All the reviews also end up on the same page (why there is such a confusing mix here). Check who you're actualy getting the product from.
