Rating: - Very good in features, but unreliable
I was extremely happy with the printer when I first bought it - great features, easy to use, good quality prints. Till I got the error: "Toner is not set, insert toner" just after the 9- day warranty window. Have not made more than ~100 prints in the past 3 months, so very low usage.
Tried removing and putting back the toner several times did not work. After desperate attempts to clean and fix, finally got it to work after taking the power cord out and shaking the whole printer hard with the toner inside!!! I have done this twice now. Looks like it will be part of my ongoing experience owning this printer...
Rating: - Canon MF4150
This machine replaced two copiers and two fax machines in our office that were over five years old. The speed and simplicity of operation were far superior to anything that we had used before and there have been no problems with the equipment since it was put into operation about three months ago. Copies are sharp and clear and the faxing is quickly responsive.

this fax machine works great....the only negative is that it only has 8 memory buttons, but that is minor...the rest works great, very quiet and quick

I bought this all-in-one to replace a 10-year old HP 3100. So far, it has been great.
The Canon 104 cartridge used in this unit is actually an HP device so I'm expecting good reliability out of this unit, also.
