The item was shipped really quickly but took way longer than expected to get here. Its not the sellers fault the USPS took long. The product works great and when I asked a question to the seller they responded quickly.

The verizon store is selling this product for 60 dollars and as you can see it is being offered for a much lower price right here on amazon. I recieved the product on time and everything works fine with my LG Chocolate phone. Do not be alarmed by the fact that this is a bulk item, it is very easy to use so the manuals and box are not neccessary. The product also comes in a little hard plastic protective case. A great product, great price, and a great buy.
