Delivery of this product took only three days.
Prior to using this cellular signal booster in my home my Cingular serviced cell phone showed only two bars, my other Sprint serviced cell phone was the same. The signals were lost in different parts of the house. This is not a huge house.
With this YX510 dual band booster I can get four bars in most areas of my home and two to three on the porches. However, depending on where I place the indoor antenna I get stronger or weaker signals in various portions of the house. You definitely want to try different rooms and locations within those rooms to find your best location.
I will purchase another 20 to 30 feet of cable to allow me more maneuvering ability with the unit.
The outside antenna is best placed on the outside of the house. I tried it near a window without much signal improvement, then in the attic with more signal improvement. But the best placement was outside on the roof.
All in all, I am glad to have this unit since the cell phone signals at my house are strong and reliable enough to replace a land line telephone.

AMAZING - I went from 0-1 bars in my office to 5 full bars!
My office is 2 rooms/walls deep on the first floor of a 2.5 story building. Every time a call would come in, I'd ALWAYS have to run out of the building to talk on my cell phone. This assumes I even received the call (and it didn't go into voice mail). Upon receiving this device, we installed the antenna as high as possible... almost at the roof's highest point. The base unit is in my office... giving me an excellent boost. Offices near my office (on the other side of standard walls) are getting 3 or 4 bars at least. However, offices more than 2 walls away are only getting 1 - 2 bars. So, as prior reviewers have mentioned, the zboost signal drops off with distance and when walls are blocking the signal. Since our overall office area is small, my guess is that the signal drops off quickly. So, in an office of roughly 12 employees, about half of us are getting an excellent signal now. The other 6 employees have windows to the outside world... so we weren't so concerned with increasing their signal.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied and was shocked that I jumped to 5 full bars. Honestly, I am getting a better signal in my office than if I were standing outside my building in the street. (I was often getting 3 - 4 in the street outside of my building).
Call quality is excellent. I cannot tell that I'm using a booster or anything else. It's just like a normal cell signal.
By the way... I've tested our system with other cell phone carriers and everyone is getting better service. I use AT & T (iPhone) and others employees are using Verizon and T-Mobile.

We live in a suburban, 2-story home. Any time a cell phone rang while we were downstairs, we had to run upstairs so that the call would not be lost when we answered it.
When we received this cell phone signal booster, my son attached the receiver to the outside of the house near the roof where the signal is strongest. We then ran the cable down the wall into the inside of the first floor family room where we placed the booster.
What a difference! In the same spot where only minutes before we had 0-1 bars on our cell phones, we suddenly had 4-5 bars. We installed it over a month ago and have had strong, continuous signals downstairs ever since.
I'm a believer!

I work on a Millitary base in a concrete building with a steel substructure. I was getting 0-1 bar on my cell phone. After installing this product and mounting the antenna between the metal substructure and the outside concrete structure I am not getting 5 bars!!
