Iriver clix is my second Iriver product and it has lived up to my expectations on the performance point. Its the best in the flash mp3 player under 2GB though a bit expensive. The most amazing thing about clix is its output quality. The small little matchbox sized player packs enough looks and power to make anybody have a second look in this flooded mp3 player market. The battery life is good. The few issues I have seen in it, is 1) I cannot delete a folder file from the player itself 2) I cannot rename or move the files/folders which are currently on the player even from a PC, it needs to be recopied from PC. The provided USB cable is iriver proprietary and costs 20$ if you lose one. The volume buttons are + - instead of the regular - +, so bit confusing.
Overall, this is a very nice player.

After I purchased my first MP3 Player and watched it die within a week, I decided to purchase this player. I did not turn on. No go. DOA. After consulting the manual, I decided to call customer service. After waiting 15 minutes on the phone, I decided to pack it up and return it to Walmart. Very disappointing. If you read some of the other reviews, they are right about one thing--customer service is almost nonexistent.
Rating: - Great MP3 Player That Plays Nice With Others
I originally purchased one after my daughter researched MP3 players and determined that this was the best non-iPod. We all had iPod's, but my daughters shuffle died, so we were in the process of replacing it. I did not know that I was, in my opinion, moving up.
I love the iRiver profile and simplicity, yet it is fully featured and has a great little color screen. Also, unlike before, I can share my music library with everyone in the family. I can still download podcasts from the iTunes store and they play fine, but none of the device restrictions exist.
I really like it. Recommend it highly.

I am happy with this product it's a great size and navigation is fairly easy. I have had two problems: it says that I tried to put pirated music on it when the particular item I put on the player was from a ligitmate CD I own. My other issue is I can't seem to find a way to make the music shuffle (play randomly) which is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if this function definitely does not exist or if I just need to spend more time figuring it out.
