I would not recommend this device any more. Since the country is going to digital, you will also need a converter box for this one. That is unless you have cable, or satellite service.
Been a good thing, but now it's going to useless for me.

Bought this item in Feb, within 6 weeks there was a weird sound then a couple of little protrusion as though something got hot within the unit,it no longer worked. Would not buy again. Also,it didn't fit properly into the usb port & cable connection to begin with. It repeatedly came apart unless braced just so.
Rating: - The easiest way to transfer your PVR to your computer.
For the price, you can't go wrong.
The video quality is great.
I have transfer some shows from my PVR and convert them into DVDs and the quality was the same as the original.

otherwise your reputation will go. I am going to return mine , i bought from amazon (tech for less shop)
