I ordered this fax machine for our private school. We were so worried about getting a fax that jammed papers during operations (or pulled through more than one paper at a time when sending). We are very pleased! It operates quickly, which is a plus for us. This is an excellent machine for the price. We recommend it.

Much better than the "compatible" stuff, and Brother has a recycling program -- they give you a return/recycling shipping label. Trying to find how to recycle knock-off brands is an exercise in frustration.

The toner from this order is used on our laser printer that mostly prints chart notes and doctors reports in my chiropractic office. It's important that pages be crisp and clean with no smudging. I've ordered this same model # before and it's been great. Toner is toner until you get a crappy brand and then you begin paying attention to the quality of what you are buying. Happy with this product and the brother laser printer it's housed in.

i have had to replace my brother tn580 cartridge 2 times since i bought my printer. the highest praise i can give it is ... it performs just lke the new one did... no problems at all. It does everything it is advertised to do. i have a property management company and we run 1000,s of copies each month.
