Rating: - Once Upon a Time There Was a Good Company...
Once upon a time there was a good company called Handspring. I think they hired a bean counter or they got greedy or both. Customer service from this company is better described as customer disservice. The product itself is okay but not spectacular. It will get the job done but you will, if you're anything like me, find lmitations that really could have been ironed out with a little more r&d. I bought the device based on the customer service. That customer service is no longer available. I HIGHLY recommend one of their competitors.

I own a visor deluxe and neo, and they work great for the price The palm system is hard to beat. Get the Memplug system also, thanks to that i have more memory on them than this old PC THANK YOU !!!!!!

I am very pleased with my handspring visor deluxe.
Rating: - non existant customer service
I debated between palm and handspring.....and that has made all of the difference. The customer service is non-existant. No toll free number, very limited hours, I had sveral long waits to speak with a rep who spoke broken english. I was told I would be e-mailed with the XP up-grade...it never came. I had to chase it down and it still doesn't work. Apparrently after 90 days, they don't care you bought a product ....they charge you for tech help. Buy the Palm!!!
